Hello!
I’m Erin.

I’m a change strategist, artist, experience designer and facilitator who believes life is our greatest artform. (I’m also so much more, as we all are, but who has the time to constantly update their website?)

You might
know me from…

Rage Flower is my artistic practice. Art is a channel for healing and connection. When my artistic channel is nurtured, I can show up more fully to my relationships, my work and my community.

Express Life with Rage Flowers.

I am the co-founder of New Room (est. 2021). We nurture social and organizational transformation through learning experience design, collaborative innovation practices and deep systems strategy work.

What I do

In a nutshell. We’re multi-faceted and the process of becoming moves quickly.

Fundamentally,
I Create.

I am an artist. This is a truth that shows up in everything I do - in my artwork, my offerings for people and in all of my experience and facilitation work. I am here to live the full, rich, emotional spectrum of life, to document the process of becoming and to guide people through the experience of engaging with it, as well.

Transformational Leadership
Development

I build immersive learning programs for Leaders of Change who are committed to investing in the future we want to be a part of.

Experience design & Facilitation

I facilitate workshops, programs and experiences that center belonging, creating space for necessary conversations, co-creation, and futures design.

Social & Organizational Change

Culture strategies that drive more inclusive, impactful organizations and communities.

The land,
my home & origins.

I currently live in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal, Quebec. I acknowledge it as unceded Indigenous land and recognize the Kanien’kehá:ka Nation as the custodians of these lands and waters.

I grew up surrounded by tundra, frozen lakes and migrating caribous in the Subarctic of Quebec, Canada. I’m deeply grateful to have spent those years being invited to participate in Naskapi & Innu customs.

I became obsessed with my own identity at the age of 10. In that moment, a seed was planted: what makes us different as individuals, makes us stronger as a collective. This notion has fundamentally shaped my career as a strategist and fuels my commitment to authentic expression (even when it’s hard).

My educational background is in Marketing and Graphic Design. In my earlier career, I was a Creative Director and Brand Strategist and worked primarily with small enterprises experiencing rapid growth phases.

I have an alter-ego who greatly inspired my creative journey (Ask me about Eebs Berenstein). I’ve had three identity crises which have profoundly impacted my work as a strategist and shaped my vision for the future.

I’m endlessly inspired by the fact that change is constant and refuse to allow myself to get comfortable.
